At the heart of every Nurtured by Nature product is organic, grass-fed tallow — a nutrient-rich, traditional ingredient that’s as gentle as it is effective.
Our tallow is sustainably sourced from a small, organic family farm in North Wales, just a few miles from our home. The cattle are raised naturally on open pastures, where they graze on grass year-round. This slow, natural approach produces tallow that is purer and richer in vitamins and essential fatty acids — offering the highest quality nourishment for your skin.
Tallow closely mirrors the oils naturally found in our skin, allowing it to absorb beautifully and replenish without heaviness. It’s naturally rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K, which help to soothe, soften, and support healthy skin, while essential fatty acids help to lock in moisture and protect from dryness.
